For Angels roses come from the beautiful and vibrant rose fields in Japan. Each rose is carefully cultivated until it reaches full bloom. Each rose is then treated with a formula made from non-toxic and non-allergenic wax and natural oils. This formula is similar to silica and effectively dehydrates the roses to help reserve them. At the completion of the dehydration process- the roses are then soaked in dye to give them the gorgeous, vibrant color you see across all our collections. Once the roses are at their peak, they are picked and shipped to our facility in Toronto, Canada.
For Angels roses will last up to five years or more with proper care and storage, allowing you to enjoy their beauty month after month.
For Angels roses need minimal care. The dehydration process ensures that our roses are preserved at peak beauty. No water needed ever! It is important you do not water your roses and do not take them out of the box you received.
Make sure to keep your roses at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and in an area where they are not at risk of being crushed.
No, for maximum preservation. We advise customers to not take the roses out of the box. The roses are glued down and precisely placed. Removing the roses will cause damage and ruin the arrangement.
Our floral arrangements are made for order and for this reason they are exempt from being returned and refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, packed in the same way as you received it.
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped FedEx or USPS and international orders are shipped USPS International under this shipping method chosen at checkout.
Shipping addresses can be changed ONLY if the order has not been fulfilled and is not guaranteed. If the order has been fulfilled we advise reaching out to the shipping carrier for an alternate solution.

All sales must be made online prior to picking up your order at our warehouse. We do not offer in house purchases or exchanges. We are located in the heart of downtown Toronto and we are able to do pick ups there.
