FAQ
Can I take the roses out of the box?
No, for maximum preservation. We advise customers to not take the roses out of the box. The roses are glued down and precisely placed. Removing the roses will cause damage and ruin the arrangement.
Do you accept returns?
Our floral arrangements are made for order and for this reason they are exempt from being returned and refunded.
If you received an arrangement damaged in transit, please send pictures to contact@forangelsco.com
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging, packed in the same way as you received it.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped FedEx or USPS and international orders are shipped USPS International under this shipping method chosen at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address?
Shipping addresses can be changed ONLY if the order has not been fulfilled and is not guaranteed. If the order has been fulfilled we advise reaching out to the shipping carrier for an alternate solution.
Can I create a custom order?
Yes you definitely can! Please visit the “Design Your Own” page to start your customization. If you have further questions feel free to email us and we will get back to you within 2 business days.
Can I purchase my item on site, for Local Pick Up?
All sales must be made online prior to picking up your order at our warehouse. We do not offer in house purchases or exchanges. We are located in the heart of downtown Toronto and we are able to do pick ups there.

Care Guide
"For Angels" roses have been preserved to keep their elegance and natural beauty for up to 5 years. There is no need for water and sunlight. Please keep your roses in a cool dry environment to maximize their life span. Our roses are of the highest quality and all hand inspected to make sure all the petals are in place.
• Keep away from water and direct sunlight.
• Recommended temperature: 64° to 72° F (18° to 22° C)
• Your roses feel comfortable in their box. Please do not remove them.
• Your roses aren’t for consumption either, it might be obvious to some, but we have to disclose this: please do not eat your roses.
• All materials used in the preservation process are hypoallergenic, non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-carcinogenic. The solutions and colorants used are food and textile grade and do not pose a health or environmental risk.
